Talbot County, MD - On October 8, 2026, the Easton Police Department, along with Homeland Security Investigations and the Talbot County Sheriff's Office, served a search warrant at Jasmine Spa, 101 Marlboro Avenue, Suite 25, Easton, Maryland. Police arrested the owner of the spa and have charged her with several prostitution related crimes.

The woman charged is Tianjun Huang, 55, of Flushing, New York. Police say she was identified as the owner of Jasmine Spa.

Huang is charged with two counts of prostitution. She is also charged with running a prostitution business, soliciting prostitution, and allowing or keeping a building used for prostitution.

The case started when Easton Police received complaints about suspicious activity at the spa. People told police that sexual acts were being offered there in exchange for money.

Easton Police opened an investigation into the business. They worked on the case with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Homeland Security Investigations.

On October 7, 2026, an undercover agent went into Jasmine Spa to get a massage. Police say that after the massage, a woman later identified as Huang offered the agent a sexual act.

The agent turned down the offer and left the spa. Using that information, along with what they had already learned, detectives got a search and seizure warrant for the business.

Detectives served that warrant the next day, on October 8. Huang and a second woman from New York were inside the spa at the time.

Investigators also found a customer inside the business. That person was interviewed and released without charges.

Police say they found evidence consistent with illegal activity while searching the spa. The second woman was interviewed and released without charges.

Easton Police say this is an ongoing investigation into human trafficking.
