Our return policy allows for customers to return merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
Before returning any merchandise, please submit an email or social media message to Eastern Shore Undercover stating your request to return your purchase. Please be sure to include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Once your request has been received and approved, our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will inspect it and either process a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
