Man Charged After Trespassing, Walking Into Traffic on Race Street
Cambridge, MD - Cambridge police responded to a disturbance Wednesday evening at the Bradford House on Race Street that ended with a Bridgeville man facing multiple charges after walking into oncoming traffic and attempting to flee officers.
At approximately 7:02 p.m. on May 14, 2026, Cambridge Police Department officers were called to the Bradford House in the 700 block of Race Street. Security staff reported that Ka'ron Terez Lake, 30, of Bridgeville, Delaware, had already been trespassed from the property.
Lake left after being removed but then came back to the property. Officers say he then walked into the roadway on Race Street in front of multiple vehicles, creating a danger for himself and passing drivers.

Lake showed signs of intoxication and appeared to be under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance. EMS was called to the Cambridge Police Department, and Lake was transported to the University of Maryland Shore Medical Center at Cambridge for medical treatment.
Officers applied for charges through the Court Commissioner. A criminal summons was issued and served to Lake at the hospital on May 15, 2026, at approximately 5:45 a.m.
Lake was charged with the following:
Trespass Private Property, Disorderly Conduct, Fail to Obey Lawful Order, Disturb the Peace, and Disturb Peace Hinder Passage.
