Milton, DE - On October 3, 2026, the Milton Police Department responded to Park Royal Apartments in Milton, Delaware, for a domestic dispute call. When the officer arrived, a man fled on foot before he could be stopped by police.

Police identified the man as the suspect in this case, Tykee Williams.

After Williams ran away from the scene, the officer got a warrant for his arrest. The charges were offensive touching, criminal mischief, and criminal trespass.

Police caught up with Williams on October 14, 2026. He was arrested on the warrant and went before Justice of the Peace Court 2.

The court released Williams on an unsecured bond. That means he did not have to pay money to get out, but he could owe money if he does not follow the court's rules.

The court also ordered Williams to have no contact with Park Royal Apartments.

Two days later, on October 16, police were called back to Park Royal Apartments. The call was about a report that Williams had broken the no-contact order.

A Milton Police Officer responded to the location, found Williams, and started to arrest him. Police say Williams fought with the officer for a short time, then broke loose and ran off.

That led to a second warrant. This one charged Williams with resisting arrest, breach of release, and criminal trespass.

On October 17, 2026, at approximately 10:30 a.m., a Milton police officer went to Park Royal Apartments once again. There was another report that Williams had broken the no-contact order, and the officer also planned to serve the warrant from the night before.

Police say that while the officer was there, Williams pushed the screen out of a kitchen window. He then jumped through the window and landed on the sidewalk below.

The officer followed him in his patrol car through the apartment courtyard. He then got out of the car and chased Williams on foot.

Police say Williams ran through several backyards in the area. The officer then used a taser, which was effective and Williams was arrested with no more issues.

Williams was taken to the Milton Police Department, where more charges were filed. He then went before Justice of the Peace Court 3.

He now faces two counts each of criminal trespass, breach of release, and resisting arrest. The court once again released him on an unsecured bond.

The no-contact order is still in place.
