State of MD - The U.S. Marshals Service is asking the public for help finding a Maryland man wanted in connection with a deadly shooting that happened two years ago.

Amir D. Johnson, 26, of Baltimore County, is the man authorities are looking for. He has been charged with first-degree murder in the District Court of Maryland for Baltimore County.

The shooting took place on April 21, 2024, in Nottingham, Maryland, near Whitelaw Place. According to police, Johnson shot and killed his girlfriend in the parking lot of her apartment building.

After the shooting, police say Johnson fled the scene in a vehicle. He has not been found since.

The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to Johnson's arrest. That reward could go to anyone who comes forward with a tip that helps bring him in.

Johnson has been wanted for 2 years now. The victim's family and loved ones are still waiting for justice. Every day that passes is another day without answers for those left behind.

The U.S. Marshals Service is one of the country's most experienced agencies when it comes to tracking down fugitives. They are asking anyone who may have seen Johnson or knows where he might be to speak up.

You do not have to give your name when you submit a tip. There are easy ways to share what you know without having to show up in person or make a phone call if you are not comfortable doing so.

If you have any information about Amir D. Johnson's whereabouts, you are urged to contact the U.S. Marshals Service at 1-877-WANTED2.

Every tip matters, no matter how small it may seem. If you know something, now is the time to say something.
