Queenstown Woman Arrested for a Stabbing After Video Footage Was Presented
Queen Anne's County, MD - A Queenstown woman is facing serious assault charges after surveillance footage at her own home contradicted the story she told deputies following a stabbing incident.
On May 18, 2026, deputies with the Queen Anne's County Sheriff's Office were called to the University of Maryland Shore Emergency Center just before noon. A patient had arrived with what were described as suspicious injuries, and it did not take long for deputies to determine that person had been stabbed.
The victim was transported to Shock Trauma in Baltimore, Maryland with injuries that were serious but not considered life threatening. Deputies then made their way to a Queenstown, Maryland residence connected to the case.
At the home, Deputy Whited spoke with the resident, Lauren Fuller, 36. Fuller told deputies the victim had accidentally stabbed himself, a version of events that did not match what the victim had reported.
A second person at the home gave deputies something that quickly changed the direction of the investigation: surveillance footage recorded inside the residence.
When deputies reviewed the footage, they saw Fuller on camera stabbing the victim in the torso during what appeared to be an argument. That was enough. Fuller was placed under arrest on the spot.
She now faces charges of First Degree Assault, Second Degree Assault, and Reckless Endangerment.
On May 19, 2026, Fuller was taken to the District Court Commissioner, where she was ordered to be held without bond. Later that same day, she has a bond review in front of Judge Floyd Parks, where she was ordered to be continued to be held without bond.
