Seaford Man Arrested After Threats to Elderly Victim

Seaford, DE - On August 9, 2026, at approximately 9:30 a.m., Seaford Police Department officers executed a search warrant in the 200 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. The warrant was for Adam Walls.

Walls was located and taken into custody without incident.

The search warrant stemmed from an incident the day before. Police say Walls threatened to harm the victim and took the victim's phone when they tried to call 911.

Walls was charged with terroristic threatening of a victim 62 years or older, a Felony G. He also faces a Felony G theft charge involving a victim 62 years or older.

He was additionally charged with malicious interference with emergency communications, a Misdemeanor B.

Walls was arraigned out of the Justice of the Peace Court. He was committed to the Delaware Department of Corrections on $2,000 secured bail.
