Talbot County Deputies Arrest Trappe Man on Dorchester County Warrant

Talbot County, MD - Deputies with the Talbot County Sheriff's Office arrested a Trappe man on September 1, 2026. Lidwin Jeovany Torres-Garcia, 40, was taken into custody on an active arrest warrant.

The warrant had been issued by the District Court for Dorchester County. Torres-Garcia was transported to the Talbot County Central Booking facility for processing.

He was given an initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner. Torres-Garcia was held pending further action by the courts.
