Two Arrested After Month-Long Wicomico Drug Probe

Wicomico County, MD - On August 27, 2026, detectives with the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division served a search and seizure warrant at a home in the 4800 block of Cardinal Drive.

The warrant was the result of a month-long investigation into Christin Donaway and Jordan Kirn.

Detectives said the investigation looked into the suspected distribution of controlled dangerous substances throughout Wicomico County. Investigators also looked into possession of stolen property connected to the two.

Before serving the warrant, detectives set up surveillance on the home. During that time, they observed both Donaway and Kirn inside the residence.

Once investigators confirmed both suspects were present, they made the decision to move forward with the search. Members of the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office Special Enforcement Response Team and the Salisbury Police Department Tactical Team assisted detectives in carrying out the warrant.

During the search, investigators seized 38.3 grams of suspected crack cocaine and 18.36 grams of suspected cocaine. They also recovered 53 Alprazolam pills, which is a Schedule IV controlled substance.

Detectives found a digital scale that had suspected cocaine residue on it. Investigators also located drug packaging and equipment consistent with preparing and distributing controlled substances.

Along with the drugs and equipment, detectives seized $528 in suspected drug proceeds. All of the items were collected as evidence in the case.

Donaway and Kirn were both taken into custody following the search. They were transported to the Wicomico County Detention Center.

Investigators said evidence developed throughout the investigation identified Donaway as the main suspected distributor of the drugs found in the home. The sheriff's office has not said what specific role Kirn is believed to have played.

The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office said the investigation is still active. Detectives are continuing to review the evidence, and additional charges may be filed as the case moves forward.
