State of DE - A Wilmington man has been convicted on all charges connected to the 2023 murder of Quinton Turner. The verdict was reached on April 17, 2026, after a Superior Court jury heard the case against 50-year-old Andra Manuel.

Manuel was found guilty of Murder First Degree, Felony Murder First Degree, and Robbery First Degree. He was also convicted on three counts of Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony. A Superior Court judge additionally found him guilty on a separate charge of Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited.

The crime took place on the evening of November 28, 2023. According to investigators, Manuel shot and killed Turner at a residence on the 200 block of West 20th Street in Wilmington. After the shooting, he fled the scene.

Attorney General Kathy Jennings praised the work of those who brought the case to trial. "Our DOJ trial team and the Wilmington Police Department deserve a tremendous amount of praise for ensuring that justice was carried out here," she said. "I hope that this verdict brings some measure of peace and closure to the victim's family."
