The parade will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025. Staging begins at 6:00 PM, and the parade will commence at 6:45 PM.

There is no formal registration process. Participants are required to bring an index card with the name of their group and a brief message for the announcer. This card should be presented upon arrival at the staging area.

The staging area is located in the rear parking lot of Sutton Park, near the Skate Park. All participants should plan to arrive no later than 6:20 PM.

Vehicles and floats will be organized into three lines in the parking lot by event staff. Walking groups should assemble together and will be assigned a position in the parade by a Lions Club member. It is recommended that groups have sufficient chaperones equipped with flashlights, as the staging area has limited lighting.

The parade will begin at Sutton Park, travel down 4^th Street to Central Avenue, turn left onto Railroad Avenue, and make a final left turn onto Maryland Avenue, where the parade will conclude.
