This Stepping On Workshop program is ideal for adults age 65 and older, individuals who are concerned about falling, those who have experienced a fall, and anyone interested in improving balance, mobility, and personal safety.
What will I learn in the Stepping On Workshop?
Participants will learn how to improve balance and strength, move more safely, understand how medications affect balance, make better footwear and vision choices, reduce fall hazards at home, and build confidence to remain active.

Sessions are held on Wednesdays from January 28 through March 11, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
