Let your child's imagination take center stage this summer at the Art League of Ocean City's Theater Summer Camp with instructor Kathryn E. Redden.
This event will be happening Monday, June 29 through Thursday, July 2, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM each day.
Designed for children ages 6 to 13, this exciting four-day camp will immerse young performers in the world of theater, using the beloved classic The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe by C.S. Lewis as inspiration.
Campers will explore the fundamentals of theater, including stage presence, dialogue, script analysis, improvisation, collaboration, and more, all while building confidence, creativity, and friendships in a fun and supportive environment.
Each day includes theater instruction from 10:00 AM to noon, a lunch and recess break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, followed by more hands-on theater activities until 3:00 PM.
The week will culminate in a special live performance on Thursday afternoon, where participants will showcase everything they've learned.
The cost is $180 for the general public and $150 for Art League members.
