19-Year-Old Arrested for Disorderly Conduct at Cambridge Inn

Cambridge, Maryland - At approximately 4:05 a.m. on July 26, 2025, officers from the Cambridge Police Department were dispatched to the Cambridge Inn, located in the 2800 block of Ocean Gateway, in Cambridge, Maryland, in response to a reported disturbance.
Upon arrival, officers made contact with the reporting party, who described hearing a commotion coming from another room at the establishment. Officers proceeded to the identified location and could hear an active disturbance.
Police engaged with the subject in the room, later identified as 19-year-old Cheyenne Estelle Hess from East New Market, Maryland.
According to the report, Hess appeared to be highly intoxicated. Despite multiple requests from officers to cease her disruptive actions, Hess allegedly continued to yell and act in a disorderly manner.
Hess was informed she was being placed under arrest. During the arrest process, she remained non-compliant, reportedly kicking and resisting officers. Due to her continued lack of cooperation, officers had to physically carry her to the patrol vehicle.
Hess's behavior reportedly remained disruptive throughout her transport and processing. Hess was charged with Disorderly Conduct and released following the issuance of a Must Appear Criminal Citation.
