Accomack County, VA - On April 18, 2024 at approximately 8:26 a.m., the Accomack County Sheriff's Office responded to the 25000 block of Dennis Drive in Parksley, Virginia for a male subject with a gunshot wound to the head. 

The male was unresponsive and later identified as Kevin Thomas Boggs, 52, of Parksley, Virginia. Boggs was pronounced deceased at the scene.  

The Accomack County Sheriff's Office was assisted by the Virginia State Police, Parksley Volunteer Fire Department, and the Accomack County Department of Public Safety.
