ALL-WAY STOP TO BE IMPLEMENTED AT BRIDGEVILLE HIGHWAY INTERSECTION

Seaford, DE - The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) has announced a new traffic regulation at the intersection of Bridgeville Highway and Virginia Avenue/Woodland Mills Drive.

Starting June 30, 2025, this intersection will operate as an all-way stop.

This decision comes after the completion of recent improvements to sidewalks, curbs, and drainage at the location.

Officials stated that the four-way stop is intended to enhance traffic flow and increase safety in the area.

Drivers are advised to approach the intersection with caution and to follow the new traffic patterns. DelDOT also reminds motorists to reduce their speeds in work zones to ensure safety.
