Arrest Made Following Trespassing Incident on Cedar Street

Cambridge, MD - On August 3, 2025, at approximately 6:09 PM, officers from the Cambridge Police Department responded to a report of trespassing at Super Soda, located in the 100 block of Cedar Street in Cambridge, Maryland. While en route, officers were provided with a description of the individual involved.
Upon arrival, officers observed a subject on the property matching the description provided. The individual began walking away upon noticing the police vehicle.
Officers made contact with the subject, who was identified as 27-year-old Alexis Marie Blankenbaker of Cambridge, Maryland. Officers were familiar with Blankenbaker due to a previous trespassing ban issued on July 25, 2025, restricting her from entering the property.
Blankenbaker was placed under arrest at the scene. During a search of the area where she was initially observed, officers located drug paraphernalia containing residue.
Blankenbaker was subsequently issued criminal citations for the following offenses:
- Trespass on Private Property
- CDS (Controlled Dangerous Substance) Possession Not Cannabis
- CDS Possession of Paraphernalia
Blankenbaker was released after being cited for the offenses.
