Arrest Made for Failure to Appear in Court

Talbot County, MD - On December 18, 2025, deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff's Office took Nathaniel Louis Carter into custody.

Carter, a 22-year-old resident of Greenwood, Delaware, was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued by the District Court for Wicomico County.

The warrant charged Carter with failing to appear for a scheduled court hearing regarding an original charge of driving without a license.

Following the arrest, deputies transported Carter to the Talbot County Central Booking facility. He was processed at the facility and awaited an initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner.

Carter currently has 5 different court dates scheduled for five different incidents spread out over 3 counties in the State of Maryland for Driving Offenses where he does not have an active drivers license but was operating a motor vehicle.
