Arrest made in Easton, Maryland DUI Incident

EASTON, MD - On September 14, 2025, an Easton man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

At approximately 2:12 a.m., an officer from the Easton Police Department was on patrol when they were approached by concerned citizens at a local WaWa. The citizens reported a potentially intoxicated individual who had just left the premises and identified the vehicle for the officer.

The officer located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop, making contact with the driver, who was identified as Mr. Reynol Rayon Toribo, 29, of Easton, MD. While speaking with Mr. Rayon, the officer observed indicators consistent with alcohol impairment.

Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered. Based on the officer's observations during these tests, Mr. Rayon was taken into custody. He was charged with several traffic-related offenses, including driving under the influence of alcohol.

Following the arrest, Mr. Rayon was released upon issuance of his citations.
