Arrest Made in Millsboro for Felony Gun and Drug Charges

Millsboro, DE - The Delaware State Police have arrested Jessica Beebe, 29, of Finksburg, Maryland, and Clyde Garrison, 38, of Millsboro, Delaware, on felony gun and drug charges following a search warrant executed at a residence in Millsboro.
On July 15, 2025, members of the Sussex County Governor's Task Force and Sussex County Drug Unit executed a search warrant at a property located on the 27000 block of Trinity Road in Millsboro.
The warrant was issued as a result of investigations into the distribution of illegal narcotics at the residence by individuals identified as Clyde Garrison and Jessica Beebe.
Prior to executing the search warrant, detectives observed a gray Subaru Crosstrek, operated by Beebe, leaving the property. The vehicle failed to signal at the intersection of John J. Williams Highway and Indian Mission Road. Detectives subsequently conducted a traffic stop.
During the stop, a drug-detecting K-9 alerted officers to the presence of narcotics in the vehicle. A search of the Subaru led to the discovery of approximately 3.10 grams of methamphetamine.
During the search of the residence and a greenhouse located on the property, detectives recovered the following items:
- Approximately 268.90 grams of methamphetamine
- 10 marijuana plants
- One .22 caliber handgun
- Assorted ammunition of varying calibers
- Digital scales and other drug paraphernalia
Jessica Beebe's Arrest and Charges
Following the discovery of narcotics in her vehicle and additional evidence at the residence, Beebe was detained and transported to Troop 7.
She was subsequently charged with multiple crimes, including:
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony (Felony)
- Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Tier 3 (Felony)
- Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tier 3 (Felony)
- Possession of a Deadly Weapon by Person Prohibited Who Also Possesses Controlled Substance (Felony)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- Failure to Signal
Beebe was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace Court 2 and released after posting an $18,501 secured bond.
Clyde Garrison's Arrest and Charges
Clyde Garrison, who was not present during the execution of the search warrant, later turned himself in at Troop 4. He was charged with the the following:
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony (Felony)
- Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Tier 3 (Felony)
- Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tier 3 (Felony)
- Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance (Felony)
- Possession of a Deadly Weapon by Person Prohibited Who Also Possesses Controlled Substance (Felony)
- Maintaining a Drug Property (Felony)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Garrison was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace Court 2, and released upon posting a $20,500 secured bond.
Both Jessica Beebe and Clyde Garrison face serious felony charges following the operations conducted by law enforcement at the Millsboro property. The collaborative efforts of the Sussex County Governor's Task Force and the Sussex County Drug Unit were integral in the discovery of illegal drugs, firearms, and evidence of drug distribution activity.
