Arrest Made in Queen Anne's Sexual Assault Investigation

Queen Anne's County, MD - On August 17, 2025, deputies with the Queen Anne's County Office of the Sheriff were contacted regarding the sexual assault of a minor. An investigation was initiated into the allegations and it was later determined that sufficient evidence existed to proceed with an arrest.

The suspect was identified as 46-year-old Jeremy Saadeh of Edgewater, Maryland. An arrest warrant was issued for Saadeh on February 19, 2026.

The warrant included charges for two counts of fourth-degree sexual offense involving sexual contact. It also included two counts of second-degree assault.

Saadeh was subsequently taken into custody in Anne Arundel County. Initially, Saadeh was held without bond however on his bond review on March 4, 2026, he was released on his own personal recognizance.
