Authorities Seek Assistance in Trespassing and Theft Case

Talbot County, MD - The Talbot County Sheriff's Office has launched an investigation into a recent trespassing and theft incident. Authorities are asking for the public's help to identify a suspect involved in the event, which occurred on Friday, January 23, 2026.

According to police reports, the incident took place on a private lot situated at the intersection of Dutchman's Lane and Stoney Ridge Circle.

An individual reportedly entered the property unlawfully and removed firewood without obtaining permission from the owner.

Investigators are urging anyone who witnessed suspicious activity in the area or who recognizes the individual involved to contact the Sheriff's Office.
