Cambridge Police Issue Summons Following Fatal Dog Attack

Cambridge, MD - Cambridge Police Department officers served a criminal summons to Almonte Noesi on January 29, 2026. The service occurred at approximately 10:50 a.m.

Noesi, a 37-year-old resident of Cambridge, Maryland, faces charges of Dangerous Dog Failure to Confine and Dangerous Dog Failure to Restrain.

The charges originate from an incident reported on December 21, 2025, in the 600 block of Carlton Court in Cambridge, Maryland. A resident reported walking their small dog on a leash when the incident took place.

The report indicates that a Pit Bull belonging to Noesi entered the property and attacked the resident's pet. The victim's dog succumbed to the injuries sustained during the attack. Charges were subsequently filed with the Court Commissioner by the victim.
