Cambridge Police Responds to Shots Fired on Bradley Ave

Cambridge, MD - Cambridge Police Department (CPD) officers responded to a report of gunfire on the 600 block of Bradley Avenue on January 19, 2026. The incident occurred at approximately 4:52 p.m. following a "Shot Spotter Alert" that detected a single shot fired in the area.

Upon arrival at the scene, responding officers located one spent 9mm shell casing. Officers on the scene made contact with a male subject seated in a nearby vehicle.

The witness reported hearing the gunshot and observing an individual fleeing the area shortly after. No description of the fleeing subject was available at the time of the report.
