Cambridge Woman Arrested Following Domestic Disturbance

Cambridge, MD - Cambridge Police Department officers arrested a local woman early Sunday morning following a report of a physical disturbance. The incident occurred on January 25, 2026, on the 500 block of Dobson Street.

Officers responded to the location at approximately 4:03 a.m. Upon arrival, they made contact with the victim. The victim reported being woken up by 46-year-old Amanda Lee Louth of Cambridge, Maryland. An argument reportedly ensued regarding allegations of infidelity.

Police state that Louth assaulted the victim during the altercation. Officers noted that the victim displayed visible signs of injury. Louth was placed under arrest and transported to the Dorchester County Department of Corrections.

She is currently being held without bond and faces a charge of second-degree assault.
