City of Salisbury Announces Annual City Park Jingle Jubilee Tree Lighting Celebration

Salisbury, MD - The City of Salisbury has announced its annual Jingle Jubilee Tree Lighting celebration on Saturday, Nov. 29, 2025. The event will take place at City Park on Shop Small Saturday. Residents and visitors are invited to participate in the festivities.

The celebration will begin with Shop Small Saturday in Downtown Salisbury from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Attendees can support local businesses before heading to City Park. The tree lighting event will run from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

This year's event is sponsored by the Greater Salisbury Committee. The family-friendly celebration will include various activities and entertainment for all ages. Holiday-themed glow mini golf will be available. Train rides through City Park will be offered. Winter-themed games and activities will be provided throughout the afternoon.

Additional attractions include fun photo opportunities and complimentary hot chocolate from the Mad Hatter Food Truck. The Salisbury Children's Choir and Feet of Fire will perform. A live DJ will lead sing-alongs. Santa will be available for photos. Community resource tables will be set up for attendees.

The event will conclude with a countdown to the lighting of City Park. The park will be illuminated in a display of lights. Main Street from Ward Street to N. Park Drive will be closed to vehicular traffic to ensure public safety during the event.

"The City Park Tree Lighting is one of Salisbury's most beloved traditions," said Mayor Randy Taylor. "It's a time for our community to come together, celebrate the season, and share in the warmth and joy that define Salisbury."
