CITY OF SALISBURY ANNOUNCES ROAD CLOSURE ASSOCIATED WITH POPLAR HILL MANSION FESTIVAL

Wicomico County, MD - The City of Salisbury has announced that Elizabeth Street, which runs between Route 13 and Division Street, will be closed to through traffic on Sunday, May 4, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. This closure is necessary to accommodate the Poplar Hill Mansion Festival, a historical community event held in the Newtown neighborhood.
The festival is free and open to the public, providing an excellent opportunity for community members and visitors to immerse themselves in the area's rich history. Attendees can conveniently park at Bethesda Methodist Church, located at the intersection of Division Street and Isabella Street.
