CITY OF SALISBURY ANNOUNCES ROAD CLOSURE FOR WATER MAIN WORK

Salisbury, MD - The City of Salisbury has announced a temporary traffic control plan due to essential maintenance work on the water main near Glen Avenue Elementary School.

The maintenance work is scheduled for Tuesday, May 6, and Wednesday, May 7, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., weather permitting and subject to unforeseen circumstances.

This project aims to maintain and improve the city's critical infrastructure while ensuring the safety of workers and the public. During the work hours, dedicated traffic control zones and flagger operations will be in effect. Motorists traveling in this area are advised to consider alternate routes, expect possible travel delays, and strictly follow all official signage and instructions from flaggers.
