Salisbury, MD - The city of Salisbury, Maryland, is getting ready for its monthly 3rd Friday celebration, scheduled for June 20th from 5 to 8 p.m. This month, the event will embrace a "Summer Camp" theme, promising an enjoyable evening filled with activities that evoke the spirit of summer.
Downtown Salisbury will host this lively event, inviting families to immerse themselves in an evening of live entertainment, local vendors, and camp-themed activities set to entertain visitors of all ages.
Medium Wave Jay will perform on the Plaza, while The KG Band will delight audiences at Unity Square. The event aims to be the perfect kick-off to summer in the community's vibrant city center.
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, road closures will be in effect starting at 2 p.m. on the day of the event. Affected areas include Downtown Plaza-specifically Main Street between W. Market Street and Division Street-and Division Street from Route 50 to Circle Avenue.
Visitors are reminded that parking is free in Downtown Salisbury on nights and weekends, with a complimentary 2-hour on-street parking option available. Attendees are advised to plan their arrival by avoiding closed areas for a smoother experience.
