CITY OF SALISBURY WILL BE CLOSED FOR MEMORIAL DAY

The City of Salisbury has announced that all city offices will be closed on Monday, May 26, 2025, in observance of Memorial Day. This closure serves as a mark of respect and gratitude to honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for freedom.

The city recognizes the enduring courage of these individuals and stands with their families, who bear the continuing weight of these sacrifices every day.

Residents should note that trash collection originally scheduled for Monday will now take place on Tuesday, May 27.

Additionally, following a recent storm that affected the area on May 16, special yard debris pick-up services will be available on that same day.

Residents interested in this service are encouraged to complete the Yard Waste Collection Form before noon on Thursday, May 22. The form is conveniently available online for residents to fill out at their convenience.
