Columbia Drive to Close for Storm Sewer Installation

Salisbury, MD - Columbia Drive will be temporarily closed to through traffic between Northwood Drive and Milton Drive starting Monday, July 14, 2025, to allow for storm sewer installation work. The roadway is expected to remain closed until Friday, July 18, 2025, weather permitting.  

The closure will enable crews from Bennett Construction to complete utility tie-in work and install storm sewer mains along Columbia Drive. Work will be conducted daily between 7 A.M. and 5 P.M.

Motorists are advised to plan alternate routes during the closure and exercise caution while traveling in the area. Closure dates may be subject to change depending on weather conditions and the progress of the work.
