Commercial Burglary Under Investigation at Smoke Shop in Millville, Delaware

Millville, DE - The Delaware State Police are actively investigating a commercial burglary that occurred in the early hours of July 24, 2025, at Marley's Smoke Shop in Millville, Delaware.

At approximately 1:00 a.m. on Thursday, officers from the Ocean View Police Department and Delaware State Police responded to an alarm activation at Marley's Smoke Shop, located at 35831 Atlantic Avenue in Millville, Delaware. Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered that the front door of the business had been forcibly entered.

Preliminary investigations indicate that four unidentified suspects, all wearing gloves and covering their faces, accessed the premises and proceeded to ransack the establishment. The suspects stole an undisclosed amount of cash and merchandise before fleeing the scene in two unidentified vehicles.

The Delaware State Police Troop 4 Criminal Investigations Unit is continuing to investigate this incident. Authorities are urging anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity in the area or who has information pertinent to the case to contact Detective M. Aberman at (302) 752-3807.
