Community Players of Salisbury to Present “Annie”
Salisbury, MD - The Community Players of Salisbury will present the musical "Annie" at the Wicomico High School Auditorium from November 7-9. The Community Players of Salisbury is one of Maryland's oldest continuously operating community theaters.
The musical tells the story of an optimistic young orphan in 1930s New York City. The production features well-known songs such as "It's the Hard Knock Life," "Maybe," and "Tomorrow."
This production is directed by Sherri Trader-Hynes, with musical direction by Jeffrey Baer and choreography by Shelby Trenary. The cast is composed of local performers from the Eastern Shore.
Performances will be held on Friday, November 7 at 7:30 PM; Saturday, November 8 at 2:00 PM and 7:30 PM; and Sunday, November 9 at 2:00 PM. The show has an approximate running time of 150 minutes and is rated G for all audiences.
