Continuously Trespassing on a Boat Lands Man In Jail; Held with No Bond

Queen Anne's County, MD - On the evening of October 7, 2025, a man was arrested after repeatedly trespassing on a boat at the Piney Narrows Yacht Haven in Queen Anne's County, Maryland.


At approximately 8:24 PM, Deputy Kane was dispatched to the location following a report of an unwanted individual.


Upon arrival, the victim informed the deputy that Nathanial Williams had boarded her boat and attempted to lock her out.


The victim stated that she knew Williams and had previously told him he was not welcome on the boat. She also reported that during an argument earlier that day, Williams had threatened to burn the boat down.


Deputies located Williams at the nearby abandoned outlets. He was detained and formally warned not to return to the boat, with the advisory that he would be arrested if he did.


Ten minutes after Williams was released from speaking with law enforcement officers, the victim called 911 to report that he had come back to the boat.


Deputies returned to the scene and found Williams standing on the vessel. He was then placed under arrest.


Williams faces charges including:


  • Threat of Arson

  • Burglary 4th Degree Dwelling

  • Trespassing - Private Property

  • Trespassing - Boat


At both his hearing with the District Court Commissioner and then again in his bond review, Williams was ordered to be held without bond.
