Cordova Man Arrested for Parole Violation

Talbot County, MD - Deputies from the Talbot County Sheriff's Office executed an arrest on December 24, 2025. Paul Norman Baynard Jr., a 50-year-old resident of Cordova, Maryland, was taken into custody.

The arrest was conducted pursuant to a warrant issued by the Talbot County District Court. Baynard has been charged with a parole violation.

Following the arrest, Baynard was transported to the Talbot County Central Booking facility.

Processing was completed at this location, along with an initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner. He remains detained pending further court action.
