Criminal Summons Served on Cambridge Man

Dorchester County, MD - On January 15, 2026, Cambridge Police Department officers served a criminal summons on Thomas Fleetwood, a 61-year-old resident of Cambridge, Maryland. The summons was issued at approximately 2:46 p.m.

Fleetwood faces charges of failing to comply with a peace order and trespassing on private property. These charges originated from an earlier incident on January 13, 2026, in the 300 block of Bunker Street.

According to the report, a victim alleged that Fleetwood entered their property and refused to leave, despite having been served with a peace order previously. Following the incident, the victim filed an application for charges with the Court Commissioner.
