Crisfield Police Arrest Man for Vandalism
CRISFIELD, MD - On November 24, 2025, the Crisfield Police Department arrested Christopher Shaun Fitzpatrick in connection with a vehicle break-in.
The incident occurred in the Food Lion parking lot in Crisfield. According to police, a victim and witnesses observed Fitzpatrick break into a parked vehicle, causing damage to the glass.
Fitzpatrick was apprehended at the scene without incident. He was charged with Malicious Destruction of Property over $1,000, Rogue and Vagabond, and multiple traffic-related charges under Maryland's anti-vehicle-theft laws. Following his arrest, Fitzpatrick was held without bond.
Police also received information that Fitzpatrick may have been manipulating door handles on other vehicles in the Food Lion parking lot prior to this event.
Authorities are asking anyone who believes items may be missing from their vehicle over the past two weeks to contact the Crisfield Police Department.
