Delaware Department of Corrections Reports Subject Walked Off From Community Corrections Center

Georgetown, DE - The Delaware Department of Correction has announced that an offender has walked away from the Sussex Community Corrections Center in Georgetown, Delaware on October 17, 2025. The individual failed to return from an approved work pass, and their current whereabouts remain unknown.

A warrant for Escape after Conviction has been issued for the subject, who has been identified as Ollee Lincoln-Plummer, a 32-year-old black male from Harrington, Delaware. Lincoln-Plummer was serving time for a Violation of Probation related to theft of $1,500 or more.

Lincoln-Plummer is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing approximately 180 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. His date of birth is December 13, 1992.

Community Corrections Centers operate as Level 4 facilities within the Delaware correctional system. These facilities house offenders who are transitioning back into the community and are not secured like Level 5 prisons.

Residents are permitted to leave the facility for employment, job searches, and approved treatment sessions as part of their reintegration process.

The Department of Correction is asking anyone with information regarding Lincoln-Plummer's whereabouts to contact authorities immediately. Individuals can call (800) 542-9524 or contact their local police department.

Update 10/22/2025: According to the Department of Corrections, Ollee Lincoln-Plummer was apprehended by Department of Correction Officers in Rehoboth Beach and returned to custody. He was arraigned at JP 2 before being committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution on an Escape after Conviction Warrant in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.
