DELAWARE STATE POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING SHOTS FIRED IN A SELBYVILLE NEIGHBORHOOD

Selbyville, DE - The Delaware State Police are investigating an incident involving gunfire that occurred on the evening of April 27, 2025, at approximately 10:00 p.m. Law enforcement responded to reports of shots being fired in the 30000 block of Sea Gull Road in Selbyville, Delaware.

Witnesses at the scene reported hearing several gunshots as a trio of vehicles traveled westbound along Lighthouse Road, close to New Road.

Upon further investigation, officers discovered that a residence on Sea Gull Road had been struck by the gunfire. Fortunately, the residents present in the home at the time were unharmed. Currently, the investigation has not identified any suspects connected to the shooting.
