Denton Man Arrested on Multiple Charges Following Gas Station Incident

Easton, MD - A 32-year-old Denton man was arrested on multiple charges following an incident at a Queen Anne's County gas station earlier this week.
Thomas M. MacDonald was taken into custody on September 24, 2025, when officers from the Easton Police Department assisted the Queen Anne's County Office of the Sheriff with executing an arrest warrant.
The arrest took place at the University of Maryland Shore Medical Center, located at 219 S. Washington St. in Easton, Maryland.
MacDonald faces several charges including Intoxicated Public Disturbance, Disorderly Conduct, Fail to Obey a Reasonable and Lawful Order, Disturbing the Peace, Reckless Endangerment, and Resist/Interfere with Arrest.
The charges stem from an incident that took place on September 23, 2025, at a BP Gas Station. Deputies with the Queen Anne's County Office of the Sheriff responded to the location where they encountered MacDonald, who was reportedly unruly during the interaction.
Following his arrest, MacDonald was released to the custody of the Talbot County Detention Center. On September 24, 2025, MacDonald was released on his own personal recognizance.
