Wicomico County, MD - The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office Road Patrol responded to a location just outside of Salisbury, MD, in reference to a suspicious vehicle.The exact location of the offense is being withheld to protect the identity of the victim.The responding Deputy located a 24-year-old male, identified as Deric James Rust, and a 13-year-old juvenile, having what appeared to be sexual intercourse.The Deputy placed Rust under arrest for sex offense related charges.
