Easton Man Charged with Assault and Sex Offense at BJ's Wholesale

Easton, MD - On November 18, 2025, officers from the Easton Police Department served a criminal summons to Andrew S. Kressel, a 64-year-old resident of Easton, MD.

The summons charges Mr. Kressel with one count of second-degree assault and one count of a fourth-degree sex offense. He was released after signing the document.

The charges stem from an incident reported on November 4, 2025, at BJ's Wholesale. Officers responded to a call where a female victim stated that an unknown male had touched her inappropriately.

An investigation followed, which led officers to identify Kressel as the suspect and subsequently file charges against him.
