Easton Man Charged with Drug Violations Following Traffic Stop

Easton, MD - Michael T. Vodak, a 57-year-old Easton, Maryland resident, was served with a criminal summons on September 22, 2025, for multiple controlled dangerous substance violations.
The charges stem from a traffic stop conducted by Easton Police Department officers on September 2, 2025.
During the stop, officers identified Vodak as the vehicle's driver. A police K-9 unit was deployed to scan the vehicle, which resulted in the development of probable cause to conduct a search.
The search of Vodak's vehicle led to the discovery of controlled dangerous substances and related paraphernalia. Following the incident, Vodak was released after signing the criminal summons.
The case represents part of ongoing law enforcement efforts to address drug-related violations in the Easton area. The charges will proceed through the appropriate legal channels.
