Easton Police Arrest Driver for DUI After Vehicle Found Stopped in Roadway

EASTON, MD - The Easton Police Department arrested a 21-year-old man on driving under the influence charges after officers found his vehicle stopped in the middle of the roadway early Sunday morning.
Officers responded to the incident on September 13, 2025, at approximately 2:39 a.m. after observing a vehicle that had been stationary in the travel portion of the roadway for an extended period. Police conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, who was identified as Kevin A. Barrios Roblero of Easton, Maryland.
During the interaction, the responding officer observed several indicators suggesting that Barrios may have been under the influence of alcohol. Police administered Standardized Field Sobriety Tests to assess the driver's condition.
Based on the officer's observations during the field sobriety testing, Barrios was taken into custody. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol along with several other traffic-related offenses.
Barrios was subsequently released after receiving his citations. The investigation was handled by the Easton Police Department.
