Easton Police Arrest Man Following Disturbance and Property Damage

Easton, MD - On January 10, 2026, officers from the Easton Police Department responded to a disturbance at an apartment in Easton, MD. A 911 call had captured an ongoing argument at the location prior to their arrival.

Upon reaching the scene, officers observed significant damage to the front door of the residence. Parts of the door frame were found on the ground, indicating the entry had been forcibly damaged.

Officers identified the suspect as 23-year-old Ja'heim D. Parrilla of Cambridge, MD. He was taken into custody at the scene. The investigation determined that Parrilla allegedly kicked in the front door during the dispute.

Parrilla was arrested and charged with Burglary in the 4th Degree and Malicious Destruction of Property. He was subsequently released to the custody of the Talbot County Detention Center.
