Easton Police Arrest Man on Domestic Assault Charges

Easton, MD - On August 7, 2025, the Easton Police Department arrested 22-year-old Giovanny Emmanuel Perez of Easton, MD, on charges of Assault in the 2nd Degree.

Officers were dispatched to an apartment located at Talbot Village on Village Street in Easton, MD, in response to a reported domestic disturbance.

Upon arrival, a preliminary investigation determined that Mr. Perez had physically assaulted a woman prior to law enforcement's arrival on the scene.

Following his arrest, Mr. Perez was transported to the Talbot County Detention Center for processing. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance.
