Easton Police Charge Man with Weis Market Theft

Easton, MD - On February 3, 2026, the Easton Police Department served Juan Martinez with two separate criminal summonses.

Martinez, 73, of Easton, Maryland, was charged with two counts of theft involving values less than $100. These charges originate from incidents at the Weis Market.

The first incident occurred on November 28, 2025. Police report that Martinez stole three small bottles of wine from the retailer.

The second incident took place on January 14, 2026. During this event, Martinez reportedly took multiple (3-4) wine coolers. Both thefts involved merchandise valued at less than $100.
