Easton Police Charge Tevin L. Dodd for Theft from Giant Foods

Easton, MD - On February 6, 2026, officers with the Easton Police Department were dispatched to Giant Foods located at 8223 Elliott Road in Easton, Maryland. The response was in reference to a reported theft in progress.

Dispatch provided a description of the suspect, who was reported to be fleeing on foot towards Wal-Mart.

Officers arrived in the area and located the subject running along the south side of Wal-Mart in the snow, heading towards Dover Road.

The subject was identified as 35-year-old Tevin L. Dodd of Easton. Officers caught up with Dodd and attempted to detain him.

Dodd resisted arrest but was subsequently taken into custody. He has been charged with Theft less than $100 and Resisting Arrest.
