Easton, MD - On January 27, 2024, Easton Police served criminal summonses on Carlie C. Budd-Gootee, a 31-year-old female from East New Market, Maryland, and Blake N. Raffensberger, a 32-year-old male from Easton, MD. 

Charging documents revealed that on December 29, 2023, Easton Police investigated a theft from Two Pair Collectibles, a store located at 8168 Elliott Road, in Easton, Maryland, where two suspects, later identified as Budd-Gootee and Raffensberger, stole $78.89 in merchandise from the store.

Budd-Gootee AND Raffensberger were each charged with one count of Theft Less Than $100.
