Easton Police Issue Citation for CDS Possession

Easton, MD - On March 17, 2026, law enforcement officers responded to a welfare check at Guiffrida's Pizza, located at 101 Marlboro Avenue in Easton, Maryland. The responding officers were provided with a description of the subject.

They were also advised by the complainant that the individual appeared to be under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance.

Upon arrival, officers located the individual, identified as 31-year-old Destin D. White of Stephenson, Virginia. White exhibited signs indicating he was possibly under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance.

During his interaction with the officers, White surrendered a glass vial containing suspected crack cocaine.

Following the investigation, White was issued a criminal citation for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, specified as non-marijuana.

After receiving the citation, White was released from the scene.
